MCSE+ Messaging , NOVELL CNE, CCNA, CCDA
The ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing enterprise networks in an Active Directory Environment.

Strong experience with Exchange administration, migration, and implementation.

Desire to accept challenges and add advanced level skill sets.

Desire to obtain additional technical certifications for partnership requirements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

·  Perform LAN/WAN on-site and off-site troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.

·  Ability to solve problems, and implement client requests.

·  Ability to effectively communicate to internal clients through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting).

·  Establish network users, user environment, directories, and security for networks being installed.

·  Provide clients and partners with on-site and off-site installation support of new hardware or software solutions.

·  Perform configuration and staging of Cisco routers, switches, servers, firewalls, IP phones, and wireless devices.

·  Hands on expert administration skills of Windows Active Directory and Exchange Servers.

·  Effectively and efficiently plan, design, implement, and support an IP based LAN/WAN.

·  Design and implement network monitoring and management systems for clients.

·  Develop a timeline in which a project will be designed, configured, installed, and completed.

·  Provide product training and presentations to employees, clients, manufacturers, and partners.

·  Provide the sales force, clients, and partners answers to design and configuration questions that may arise.

·  Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing the work requests based on a sense of urgency.

·  Eager to evaluate and test new manufacturer products, services, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration techniques.

·  Mentor network analysts and technicians with tasks such as installation, staging, troubleshooting, and ticket administration.
